Project Name: Coltrane Hall Terrace Waterproofing Renovations
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Owner: Winston-Salem State University
Anticipated Completion Date: September 2023

Description: Removing and replacing existing terrace, sidewalk, stairs, ADA ramp, brick veneer, and retaining wall. Waterproofing with two-ply modified bitumen waterproofing system and liquid flashing with fabric. Exterior renovations will bring the project area into compliance with ADA requirements.
