Wolf Trail Engineering can assist or perform project management, including: initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring/controlling different aspects of the project. We work closely with your team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.

Project management can be intimidating with new terms and processes that are unfamiliar. With over 30 years of successful project management, we guide owners through the process to protect their investment. Project management includes initiation of the project, goals, scope, and any constraints associated with the project and time frame.
Planning is defining the tasks to be achieved and the time frame for each task.
Design consists of multiple processes, and we will be interactive in all phases.
During construction, we will oversee paperwork, monitor construction, facilitate meetings as required, and monitor the budget.
Upon project completion, we manage the closeout process, which includes verifying that all work as been completed upon final inspection, finalizing change orders, ensuring all the required materials/paperwork have been submitted and are accurate.
